From Recycled Paper to Wearable Art — The Story of Sara Sartipizadeh
At Maralkunst, our mission has always been to be a bridge — connecting creative souls from around the world with people who value authenticity, artistry, and slow fashion.
Each collaboration tells a story, and today we are proud to introduce Sara Sartipizadeh, an inspiring artist from Isfahan, Iran.

Art with a Purpose
Sara has a background in ceramics and painting, and for over 15 years, she has worked passionately in the world of art and design.
Her journey took a mindful turn when she decided to give new life to what many would consider waste — recycled paper.
She began transforming old newspapers and plant-based materials into stunning papier-mâché earrings and brooches, hand-shaped and painted with meticulous care.

Every piece she creates is impossible to replicate — carrying its own soul, texture, and emotional presence.
Her work is a reminder that beauty doesn’t have to harm the planet.
As Sara says, “We don’t have to waste paper; we can turn it into something meaningful.”
Sustainability Meets Elegance
Sara’s art stands at the intersection of sustainability and style — for those who seek one-of-a-kind wearable art rather than mass-produced fashion.
Each flower she crafts blooms with individuality, blending color, form, and consciousness into something you can truly feel.

Now, a limited selection of her earrings and brooches is available exclusively inside Maralkunst Gallery in Oslo, Norway — and on our website at maralkunst.com.
Every design is a limited edition, created to honor both artistry and the Earth.
