Exchanges & Store Credit:

We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided the piece is unworn and returned in original condition.

Refunds (if approved):

Approved refunds are subject to a 15% handling fee to cover the cost of preparation, materials, and secure payment processing.

Custom Orders & Altered Pieces:

Customized, made-to-order, or adjusted pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
