From Survival to Purpose: The Power of Rebuilding Yourself

There was a time I didn't know what was wrong.
I wasn't happy. I wasn't fulfilled.
I kept looking outside myself for answers-stuck in the past, comparing, doubting.
But the moment I turned the finger inward-everything changed.
Growth begins when we stop blaming the world and start asking ourselves:
What needs to shift inside me?
There was a time I was filled with fear.
Insecurity.
Lack of confidence.
And all of those things held me back from living my full potential.
But here's what I learned:
You can transform fear into strength.
You can surprise yourself with how powerful you truly are.
The Truth About Change
Every change requires:
- Decisions
- Discipline
- Commitment
- Consistency
- And the courage to never give up
The journey is not easy-but it's worth it.
You'll fall. You'll question yourself.
But if you keep showing up, the transformation will come.
One small shift at a time.
It means setting new goals, investing in yourself, reading books, and taking action.
It means not being afraid of failure.
It means turning challenges into opportunities.
You have to get out of your comfort zone.
You have to embrace the pain that is only temporary-for the sake of something greater.
Travel, Trust, and the Beauty of Starting Again
I remember-I used to be afraid to travel alone.
I was dependent on my husband. I feared being alone.
But then I did it.
And nothing happened-except that I grew.
Now, travel is part of my business and soul's journey.
I travel the world, support local artistry, connect with cultures.
But I never forget where it began.
I started from a tiny street market in Oslo.
I had no place to live.
I couldn't speak Norwegian or English.
But I had something deeper:
A quiet voice that said:
"You are meant to thrive."
"You are here to serve love and inspire."
And to do that-I had to rebuild myself.
From the inside out.
Confidence Is a Skill-And You Can Learn It
Confidence isn't something you're born with.
It's a skill. And it's learnable.
But it requires sacrifice.
And mindset work.
Because when you change the way you look at things-
The things you look at begin to change.
Take a step back.
Write down your daily life-everything from morning to night.
Ask yourself:
- How much time do I give to my growth?
- Am I happy with how I live?
- Am I present with my children or myself?
If not-make a change.
Build new habits.
Be honest about what you truly want.
Self-love and self-care are not luxuries.
They're habits. And they are learnable.
Mistakes are part of the process.
I've made many.
But each one has helped me grow.
Gratitude and Forgiveness: Silent Superpowers
Every day, be grateful.
Grateful for who you are.
For what you have.
For how far you've already come.
Every small victory counts.
Even getting up with a hopeful heart is something to celebrate.
Gratitude is a magnet for miracles.
It opens your heart. It shifts your mindset.
And forgiveness-especially toward yourself-is just as powerful.
Let go of guilt.
Release shame.
You are not your past.
You are who you are becoming.
Jewelry, Joy, and the Energy You Wear
Art, fashion, and jewelry have always been part of me.
Jewelry started as a hobby.
Then it became my way to survive.
Now, it's a symbol of resilience and beauty.
That's why I started designing pieces with energy-charged words:
Believe. Self-love. Confidence.
They're not just accessories-they're reminders.
I speak to my jewelry:
"Today I wear my 'confident' earrings."
"This bracelet is my reminder to believe in myself."
Your subconscious listens.
The energy you wear is the energy you radiate.
So Where Can You Begin?
Start with forgiveness.
Let go of who you were.
Begin building who you are meant to be.
Then, practice gratitude-every single day.
It will shift your mindset and open your heart.
Find what brings you joy-and do more of it.
Even if it's something small: writing, painting, dancing, numbers.
If it lights you up, follow it.
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
You are unique.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
Dress for yourself.
Smile for yourself.
Adorn your body with love.
Celebrate your presence.
And above all-never stop becoming the next, truest version of you.
